Apply concealer under the eyes and blend it out. The next step is most important - dip a basic cosmetic sponge in a little bit of fine translucent loose power and press it directly over the concealer to set it. Use a clean brush to sweep away the loose powder under the eyes. This should be it as the concealer and powder will not allow the liner to smudge down past the lashes.

How To Prevent Eyeliner From Running
I have quite a few clients ask me what they can do to prevent this and the answer is that you must create a barrier using makeup.

How to make Brown Eyes Pop
To make brown eyes pop, I prefer using bronze and copper eye shadows to give a smoky eye, both on the lids and along the lower lash line. Try a metallic bronze or golden pencil in the inner rims or a shadow with a clean brush will do the trick. This will help lighten and bring out the gold tones in your eyes.
Throw some Visine, a great lash curler like Shu Uemura and mascara into the mix and those blue eyed girls won't have nothin' on you!

Castor Oil for Eyebrow & Lash growth.. Etc.
Castor oil is extracted from the seeds of the castor oil plant (ricinus communis).
It is known as Kharwa in Arabic and Aceite de Ricino in Spanish.
Apply castor oil on your eyebrows every night before sleep. If your eyelashes are short then apply them on your eyelids using a brush.
Castor oil darkens the brow and promotes hair growth.
You will be surprised on the results!
You can also use castor oil for many different things like curing acne, preventing wrinkles, relieving arthritis, back pain and muscle aches and so many other things.
I can go on and on.
*Be sure to use only cold-pressed castor oil that is hexane-free

Large Pores
A client asked me today if there was anything I can recommend to her about shrinking or concealing her large pores?
All I can say is "Pores No More" by Dr. Brandt does a wonderful job visibly reducing the size and appearance of large pores. You can wear it alone or apply makeup over it. It is pretty amazing!

Threading Advantages
Eyebrows Threading - Advantage Over Other Techniques
Burn-free method Most waxes are used warm, but can be heated up too much and burn the skin resulting in extreme pain and scabby skin. There's no chance of getting scorched with threading. It can also take off top layers of healthy skin.
No wrinkle/saggy skin when you wax you not only pull the hair but also pull on the skin which is very delicate and after a while it will become saggy, because a layer of skin is removed during each session of wax.
Sensitive Skin The skin around the eyes is thin, soft and sensitive and can get easily irritated from waxing rather it won’t bother other body area. Threading eyebrows is a true skin saver for hair removal in the eye area.
Good with Retin-A Threading eyebrows doesn’t remove the top layer of skin like waxing. So even people that use Retin-A or take other medications that conflict with waxing, can still get threading.
Hair Growth Hairs don’t grow as fast or thick as after wax.
No Chemicals. Threading solely uses a string to remove the hair, unlike waxing that contains resins and preservatives. Artificial fragrances and ingredients are a foe to many with sensitive skin.
Definite shape Threading is the most precise way to remove brow hairs. This technique allows you to take a line of hair out at a time and therefore creates a more defined shape.
No one's allergic to string (Almost). Sometimes having an allergic reaction is mistaken as sensitivity. Waxes are often based on a certain ingredient like: lavender, tea tree, chocolate and the list goes on and on. With threading eyebrows there’s no need to worry.

What is Eyebrow Threading?
Eyebrow Threading is a practice of shaping the eyebrows using a cotton thread. The twisting action of the thread traps the hair and lifts it out of the follicle. It’s a very gentle, sanitary, and painless way of removing unwanted facial Hair.
It is a common method used in India, China and other Eastern Countries. Threading is also used to remove hair from the upper and lower lip as well as other areas of the face. This method of hair removal is more effective and less painful than tweezing & waxing. Hair re-growth becomes finer and sparser after regular treatments.
In distinction to waxing, the top layers of skin are not peeled or traumatized in the process. The result ...a safe, simple, rapid, and highly effective method of hair removal. Because there is minimal chance of irritation, it is very well suited for the sensitive skin.
